COMMISSIONER JAMES CONDON
Chairman of Australia Prays
Commissioner James Condon has been an Officer / Minister of The Salvation Army
for more than 52 years. He has served in a variety of leadership roles in three
countries: Australia, Papua New Guinea and the United Kingdom.
He has served as an Officer (ordained minister) of The Salvation Army at Corps
(local churches) and at the Headquarters of The Salvation Army in various
responsibilities including Public Relations, Fundraising, Administrative and spiritual
On 2nd April, 2011, James was appointed Commissioner for the Australia Eastern
Territory which covered the States of New South Wales and Queensland as well as
the ACT. This involved some 400 centres of The Salvation Army, with 1,000 Officers
of The Salvation Army (ministers of religion) and 4,000 employees.
He is an active member of Rotary International, having joined in 1972. He is married
to Jan who has shared in these areas of responsibilities as well as having separate
appointments. They have two daughters and have four grandchildren. James loves
spending time with his family.
Since retiring on 1 st June 2016, James has continued his service to God in a variety
of ways including holding the following positions:- Chairman of the Bible League for
Australia & New Zealand, Chairman of the National Day of Prayer and Fasting – now
Australia Prays, President of Caloundra Rotary Club, Chairman of Caloundra City
Pastor’s network and Pastoral Care Coordinator for the local congregation of The
Salvation Army Caloundra.
Krystal has served with Sue Tinworth and a team through Partners in Prayer and Evangelism (PIPES) since 2017, alongside Warwick Marsh in prayer for Australia. Krystal has also been humbled by many opportunities to engage in prayer for our First Nations people on location in Alice Springs, Uluru, Yirrakalla and Haasts Bluff.
During an encounter in Indonesia in 2017 the Lord called Krystal to support Indigenous Australians through prayer and intercession. This was a powerful time where thousands of young people gathered to pray for Revival for their home countries. Krystal was truly marked by this experience and grateful for the sponsorship and support from Warwick and Allison Marsh.
Krystal has a heart for those on the edges and borders of our communities to be saved, restored and recognised as beloved children and has a Certificate in Transformational Ministry at the Margins through The People’s Seminary in Burlington, Washington, USA.
Krystal is a member of Stairway Church Whitehorse in Vermont, Victoria.
Victorian State Coordinator
A member of Waverley Baptist Church, Victoria for the past 35 years Rabi is the prayer coordinator, leads the healing ministry, is a Careline, SRI-Christianity in schools, Kids Hope volunteer, leads a weekly adult Bible study and serves as an Elder. Rabi has authored three books on various Christian life topics. Married to Lilani, they have two married daughters also involved in Christian ministry. Rabi qualified as an Engineer and worked in senior management in large multinationals. Rabi now trains and coaches business owners and managers.
PASTOR ADA BOLAND
Member of the Board
Ordained with ACC over 30 years ago, Ada’s heart for her people, Nation (and her home State Queensland) guided her through an extensive career in Health, Education, and Community Development. Born in St George, South-West Queensland, the 6th child of the late Lindsay and Betty Boland (nee Hall), Ada’s mother’s clan are the Yuwaaliyaay people (from Dirranbandi into NSW), and her father’s clan are the Bigumbul people (Toobeah, Boggabilla & Toomelah).
Ada’s journey in God has taken her to many nations, training and championing local Pastors and Leaders.

Kym lives with his wife Nel in Adelaide, South Australia, and fellowship at Field of Dreams Church in Maylands. Kym and Nel are active in local, national, and global ministries and have ministered in various nations including Kenya, Uganda, and Israel. Kym is also a Board Member of Rahab Ministries, an outreach to the sex industry. and is passionate about unity and oneness for the Ekklesia (the Church) so that the gospel of the Kingdom can be preached.
Deputy Chairman of Australia Prays
Wesley Leake is the founder of Business Blessings; he is an accountant and business trainer/coach/spiritual leader based in Brisbane, QLD. Wesley’s passion is to see Kingdom businesses raised up, established and supported in Australia and worldwide. He is very conscious that a new day has dawned in terms of God’s people being equipped to serve him in the marketplace. He is married to Pam and they have four children.
Victorian Regional Coordinator
Winnie and family migrated from Singapore to Geelong, Victoria in 1993. She was a Registered Nurse before her twin daughters and son were born. Winnie is passionate for prayer and has been so since she became a Christian when she was 14 years old. She has been involved in various Prayer Ministries and was the Prayer Co-Ordinator for her own Baptist church when they were looking for a Pastor. Her dream is that all churches will become “houses of prayer” according to the words of Jesus in Mark 11:17.
PASTOR LEN ROSSOW
Regional Queensland Coordinator
Len and his wife Helen have been involved in active ministry for 33 years. After many years as a Senior Leader, in 2015, Len stepped into a new role of establishing and facilitating a house of prayer for the Gold Coast.
Helen and Len served for some 20 years as the Gold Coast Regional Co-Ordinators for the Australian Prayer Network.
Len is part of the planning team of the Gold Coast Pastors Roundtable, working with the Mayor, towards bringing the church of the city together for city impact. He leads a planning team for the GC Annual Pastors Retreat.
Helen and Len enjoy a close bond with their family and daily marvel at the gift of God’s grace in their 11 grandchildren.
Member of the Board
Rodney and Ruth have been married for 41 years; they have four adult children and two granddaughters.
Rodney has a passion for prayer, both personal and corporate, which has brought both exhilaration and at times disappointment. Jesus became Lord of his life over four decades ago after an encounter with God the Holy Spirit.
Rodney’s desire is to encourage the local churches to cooperate with God, by promoting prayer and unity across the whole body of Christ. He counts this as both an honour and a privilege.
Western Australia State Coordinator
Anjali and her husband Steve attend Victory Life Church, Perth WA. Anjali is involved in prayer and evangelism Groups and in-service pastoral care. Anjali worked in the ATO for 20 years and now does casual teaching. A fervent follower of Jesus since the age of 14, Anjali endeavours to serve God passionately in every stage of her journey with Him.
